Although we primarily focus on designing and building homes for customers looking for that 'bit extra' and that 'x factor' our approach is flexible. We have our own Design Collection of existing plans from which customers can select a particular plan for us to build or from which a plan can be used as a starting point for a specific custom design.

In addition to our own Design & Build work, we will also consider building to designs prepared by Architects employed directly by you.

We build using most quality and proven building materials and we specialise in providing Design & Build solutions for flat and sloping sites.

The important issue is whether it is your section or ours, rural or urban, flat or sloping, our standards remain the same, because we always work on the principle that a happy customer is our best advertisement.

Existing plans in our Design Collection are architecturally attractive, designed to maximise weather tightness and street appeal.

Many home Builders attempt to place single level homes on unsuitably sloping sites, a practice that generally requires significant excavation and retaining walls which result in additional expense. Such a practice can also compromise the value of the home through loss of elevation and loss of potential views.

Our Design Collection includes a selection of highly flexible split-level designs that can readily be modified to suit a variety of sites.
